'funny calls'

Last wednesday in bel's class, Madam Aries was asking us to make a phone call to a 5 star hotel's operator on how they communicate with their customer bcoz that day we were discussing about communication topic. For example, on how to communicate formally and informally to another person. Actually, the task about making a phone call with one of the 5 star hotel operator is just an assigment to us, i means as a homework..but, we had 1 hour left after bel class is end..so, without wasting time to make our own work, mdm decided and asked us to do it that day in bel class..Fortunately, the task is for group work, hehe..so we decided to choose one of the member in our group to make the phone call and the person is alyssa..haha..cornie is just helping alyssa on how to talk with the operator, farah is preparing the questions and the easiest work is me..only record the conversation between alyssa and the operator using my phone,hahaha..we choose Sutera Harbour Hotel as our 'victim' for the task..hehe..As the phone call is started, i also do my work..so exciting at that time because all of us are rarely to make phone call formally.. the 1st impression when the operator pick up the phone call is so great! how fluently she are when answer the call..alyssa start the conversation with greeting and start asking information about the hotel..the funny story is..the operator ask "For when ya?" she ask alyssa when she want to stay at the hotel..but alyssa hear "Foreigner" so alyssa say, "no..no..Malaysian" bcoz she thought that the operator ask whether she is foreigner..hehehe..i dont know what is blocking her ears..haha..and one more, before we end the phone call, she ask a question "did you call earlier on ..." alyssa said "no.." she said again.."ohh..I receive the same call a few minute with the same question..haha.." hehehehe.. Filza's group also make the phone call with the operator a few minutes before us..it is too embrassing..huhh..luckily she dont ask many question about us..Madam also been there when we make the phone call and she smile when she hear the operator say like that..hehehe..ok..thats all..i thought u also have the same experience with us..but never mind, bcoz we learn something new that day..thanks to madam Aries, hehe..bye..c u in next blog!!! :-)

hyee to the reader of my blog,we meet again,hehe..now i dont have work to do, so i post this blog again..there is no interesting story i want to share coz its normal everyday, go to class on weekdays, stay at home on weekend..oh! i forgot..i go to 1B last saturday with my bestfren, alyssa..hehehe..we go to buy our necessary things and also unnecessary things also..like McD..we only have been there for 3 hours coz we are worried to back home in the late afternoon..after that, we take a cab for our transport to back home..when we on the way to go home, we are chatting with the driver, we call him 'Pak cik Sabaruddin',hehe..he so kind hearted even we dont know him well actually..he also same like us coz he come from tawau..How a small world! hehe..we ask the pak cik about the payment for a taxi from 1B to Sri Maju and also to UiTm..he said it is same payment, only RM25..so dont be cheated by other driver's taxi ok! hehe..ok laa.. thats all i can share to you all..next time i story again,hehe..nite2..bubye...;-)

2nd week on monday..

Monday, 11-01-10: Today we are so bored coz Bel class is cancel suddenly..Unfortunately, we have to attend MAF class at 4 p.m and actually today we don't have it. Huhh... so tired and worried to us who are NR student to back home in late afternoon..never mind, coz i and classmate can post this blog,hehehe....

Just Started ToDay!

huhh...finally i got update this blog..hehe..be a non resident student very hard to get a connection for wireless, poor me :-(..but, never mind, i had sacrifice for BEL312..hehe.. we did'nt have much homework to do..just relax..eventhough Mdm.Aries already gave assgmnt to us to find a company as 1st assesment. huhu...
